LOGANSPORT MAN SENTENCED TO 25 YEARS FOR DEALING METH
gansport man will spend the next 25 ½ years in prison, Prosecutor Noah Schafer announced today. Jeremy Pauley was sentenced for Dealing in Methamphetamine in Cass Circuit Court on Thursday, April 7, 2022. Pauley, the subject of a months long investigation by the Cass County Drug Task Force was arrested on December 11, 2019 on a traffic violation where police recovered approximately 17 grams of methamphetamine. A little over a month and a half later, police again conducted a traffic stop on Pauley this time recovering approximately 50 grams of methamphetamine from Pauley’s vehicle.
Pauley will serve 4 ½ years on probation after serving his prison sentence. The judge gave Pauley an opportunity to petition the court for modification after Pauley serves 10 years in prison.
